Leave from the Downtown YMCA at 8:15. Easy recovery run for an hour.

Tuesday morning
Meet at the UNCA Bulldog at 8:30. Do the regular evening Maggot workout. All
speeds welcome. This is the gentler easier Maggot group.

Thursday morning
Meet at the UNCA Bulldog at 8:15 for a short fast track workout. If there are

Friday Morning
Meet at YMCA at 8 AM and run a paced hour run – usually over Sunset

Norm’s Maggots’
Tuesday night Track workout
Meet at 6:30 pm at Jus’ Running. The workout typically consists of a 1.5 warm
up to the track, 5 miles of track intervals, and a 1.5 mile cool down back to
the store. Not recommmended for beginners, but all paces are welcomed.

Wednesday evening
run at Jus’ Running
Meet at 6:30 pm at Jus’ Running. Group runs a 6-8 mile loop somewhere in north
Asheville with pace varying between 7:30 and 8:30 per mile.

Club Sunday morning trail run at the NC Arboretum
Meet at 8:30 am at the Greenhouse. Usually splits into 3 groups based on pace
and distance. Everyone welcome!
